Once you've taken our online hearing test and placed your order, your hearing aids should arrive within days. Your email receipt will include shipping and tracking information.

Note that our audiology team will review your results if there are any red flags, so we may reach out to you to discuss your results before we ship your hearing aids, which may add a couple of days. We also won't be able to ship your hearing aids until you take our online hearing test or upload a recent audiogram. For questions about ordering, reach out any time.
